Doman’s Business Continuation Plan – COVID-19

To all our valued customers:

We want to provide you with an up to date summary of the action plan we initiated a few weeks ago and have refined daily in reaction to the COVID 19 pandemic. Our Senior Management team has developed a plan to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers, while maintaining our service levels at our facilities across Canada.

By March 23rd, we will have segregated our employees in separate groups to ensure the safety of all. This will allow safer working environments for employees working in our facilities, while other groups will start working from home. These measures will support continuity of business in the unlikely case we are confronted with a serious situation requiring adjustments in our work force in one of our locations.

A complete new code of conduct has been adopted by all. This includes adherence to physical separation guidelines, restricting the use of common areas and increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch areas. As of today, our outside sales team will not visit your locations unless specifically requested by you or if their presence is required to resolve a product or service matter. In both instances, we will ensure that all safety precautions are followed. The outside sales team remains available and continues to be reachable by phone or email.

We will do our best to maintain our service levels. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Centres. We will keep you informed of any other changes that could affect the normal course of business in the future.

Sincerely,

Marc Séguin
President
